[It's raining, somehow, despite the fact that seems to be too cold to rain. He's seated under the table in the dining room, hugging his knees to his chest. He isn't crying, but he looks as if he's far beyond crying so deep is his depression.]

[And is holding still enough to maybe be mistaken for a failworthy decoration - except for occasionally reaching over with one foreleg to swipe a piece off a plate of random lunchmeat that it's sitting next to and nom it.]
